Rental Policies
- The minimum age to reserve and register for a property is
25 years of age. This person must occupy the property for the full length of the reservation.
- Check-in time is 4:00 – 5:00 P.M. Guests arriving later may call our offices to arrange for late check-ins. Check-out time is 11:00 A.M. Guests may be granted a later check-out time by management when possible by calling our offices. Guests occupying the property after the agreed check-out time without prior approval may be subject to additional charges up to an additional one (1) day rental.
- There are no refunds for early departures.
- CANCELLATIONS: SHORT TERM RENTALS: Clients needing to cancel more than
15 days before their arrival date will have their deposit refunded less a cancellation fee of $30.00 and their reservation fee of
$26.50. Cancellations received
15 days or less prior to arrival will result in the loss of the first night's reservation costs including tax.
LONG TERM RENTALS (30 days or more): Cancellations received
more than 61 days in advance will receive a refund of the first month's rent
less $100.00. Cancellations received less than 61 days will forfeit 1/2 of
the first month's rent.
- Pets are allowed on some properties for a fee
of $15-25/day per pet depending on size and breed. Only two pets are allowed and both must be under 35
pounds.
- Management reserves the right to enter the property at any time for the purpose of inspection and/or maintenance.
- "EXTRA BED POLICY": base daily rates for properties are based
on the use of actual BEDS, not including futons, sleeper sofas and rollaway beds. Use of these adds $6/sleeping unit/stay to the cost of your rental.
