Access America Insurance Coverage

VACATION PROTECTION HURRICANE BENEFIT INSURANCE is intended to protect a Renter's travel investment in the event of an unforeseen circumstance, which would cause cancellation. Vacation Protection insurance has been included as a pre-priced component of your vacation rental package. Vacation Protection provides added financial protection against lost trip deposits and fees, which occur as the result of unforeseen covered events. Vacation Protection benefits include protection for trip cancellation, trip interruption, travel delay, emergency medical transportation and other losses. Policy benefits, along with applicable definitions and terms and conditions of coverage, are fully described in your insurance policy. It is your responsibility to consult the policy, and discuss this coverage with your insurance company if you have questions about the policy and what it covers, prior to travel. The cost of this insurance is 7% of the rental rate, taxes and non-refundable fees. This coverage is OPTIONAL. Please sign where indicated below whether you accept or decline this insurance. If you choose to decline the insurance Best Coast Rentals will deduct the premium amount from your final payment. If you accept the insurance Best Coast Rentals will charge the premium amount to your credit card on file with us upon receipt of your acknowledgment. Coverage begins when the insurance premium is paid in full, and cannot be purchased after final payment has been  made. Once the insurance premium is paid you have 10 days in which to review your policy and request a premium refund if you have not already departed on your trip or filed a claim.

The Certificate of Insurance/Policy contains restrictions, exclusions and limitations that may apply.

Texas Residents: Please be advised that this optional coverage may duplicate coverage already provided by your personal auto insurance policy, homeowner's insurance, personal liability insurance policy or other source of coverage.

California Residents: Please note that we are doing business in California as WASC Insurance Agency and our California License # is OBO1400.

Access America Insurance plans are underwritten by BCS Insurance Company, rated "A-" (Excellent) by A. M. Best Co., under BCS Form No. 52.201 or 52.401.
